Das Naturreservat "Massif de L'Estérel" befindet unmittelbar neben dem Gebäude und bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Biken. Wer Golf oder Tennis spielen möchte, geht 5 min zu Fuss in den "Golf & Tennis Club Valescure", einer der ältesten und schönsten Golfplätze von Frankreich. Das Centre Commercial Valescure ist 1 km entfernt und bietet alle  Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Kaffee und Restaurant. Wer mehr Action oder ans Meer möchte, fährt mit dem Auto ins 5 km entfernte Saint-Raphael. 

Die optimale Lage ist im Herzen der Côte d’Azur; 42 km von Saint-Tropez, 45 km von Cannes und 65 km vom Flughafen Nizza entfernt.
