Centrally located, a ground-floor building and tastefully designed: This is Villa Del Mar 37 in Colònia de Sant Pere in the east of Mallorca. The house is located in a typical residential street on the edge of the tranquil little town, so you won't feel lonely due to the direct neighbours, but you won't have to do without privacy thanks to the privacy screens. Behind the well-kept house, you will not only discover the Mediterranean in the immediate vicinity, but also a pretty outdoor area with many inviting seating areas. For example, you can sit at a large dining table on the covered terrace right next to the house or relax on the comfortable lounge furniture under a stylish sunshade. From a roof terrace above, you have a wonderful side view of the sea. From the living level, a small staircase leads up to another beautifully paved terrace, framed by a hedge, a small wall and an imposing tree: the ideal place for a nap on one of the sun loungers or a cool drink and a good book.

The interior of the villa can be summarised in a few words: bright, summery, friendly, modern and stylish. Everything fits together perfectly, the colours range from fresh white to romantic cream tones and natural earth tones. All rooms are on one level, especially if you are travelling with children, you will appreciate the fact that there are no stairs in the living area. However, there is a small staircase with a handrail, but your children will certainly enjoy this. One of the three air-conditioned bedrooms is equipped with a great bunk bed. The lower bed is even big enough for two people in case the kids need you to stay there until they fall asleep. The other two bedrooms are just as beautifully furnished. In addition to cosy double beds, there are also large wardrobes for your holiday wardrobe. The open-plan dining and living area also features a leather sofa, a fireplace and a large dining table with pretty wicker chairs. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and impresses above all with a window overlooking the terrace and the surrounding countryside. Two chic bathrooms, each with floor-to-ceiling showers, round off the accommodation.

Whether you fancy relaxing walks or challenging hikes through the nature of the east of the island, always against the backdrop of the impressive coastal mountains: your villa is the perfect starting point! But the village of Colònia de Sant Pere is also definitely worth discovering. Colònia de Sant Pere is one of the quieter holiday resorts on the Bay of Alcúdia. High-rise buildings were never built here, but the harbour has been preserved, where today you can mainly admire chic yachts, although there are still a few traditional fishing boats. Below a beach promenade, just 700 metres from your villa, you will also find the man-made town beach Platja de Colònia de Sant Pere. It is protected by breakwaters and offers a good infrastructure with showers, cafés, restaurants and shops. The pretty town of Artà can be easily reached in your hire car via the audible road just 13.5 km from your villa. Artà impresses above all with its history. For example, a walk up to the historic Santuari de Sant Salvador monastery is particularly worthwhile.

From the partially covered terraces of the chic Villa Del Mar 37, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the green mountains in the distance and the glistening sea just a few hundred metres away. Thanks to the pleasant location in the quiet settlement of Colònia de Sant Pere in the east of the island, you can reach everything you need on foot: the supermarket as well as restaurants, cafés, the beach and the sea.
