The modern Villa Baix des Pujol with its exposed brickwork façade is set amidst extensive lawns on an estate and offers numerous opportunities to spend relaxing hours under the blue Mediterranean sky. The outdoor area has been lovingly landscaped with Mediterranean plants and offers a number of charming spots for relaxing in the open air. For example, at the front of the house, on the side facing the pool, there is an inviting porch (covered terrace) and behind the building, on the patio (shaded in the morning), there is a small covered terrace. At the rear is the pool with surrounding terrace and sun loungers; this is also a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the unique Mediterranean light. The 8 x 4 metre pool is tiled with pretty blue mosaic tiles and has a convenient stepped entrance. A brick-built barbecue is also available on site (on the terrace); pick up culinary delights at one of the nearby markets and prepare to tantalise your taste buds later in this elegant atmosphere. From the gate entrance, a small path leads to the private car park next to the house; it offers space for three to four cars and is located in partial shade.

Upon entering the house, you enter into a beautiful entrance hall. A modern and minimalist design defines the atmosphere of the interior, which promises that all-important feel-good factor. The centrepiece of the ground floor is the living room with doors to the terrace. Here you can make yourself comfortable on one of the two cosy sofas and lose yourself in a good book or simply let your gaze wander into the distance through the panoramic window. The large flat-screen TV can help you relax just as pleasantly as the stylish fireplace, which provides additional cosiness, especially on cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen (with access to the terrace) is located next to the dining area, which can be partitioned off by a sliding door, and is also adjacent to the living room. As the dining table for eight adults could be a little overcrowded, we recommend this house for a maximum of six adults and two children. On this level there are three bedrooms, also with access to the terrace, and three bathrooms, two of them en-suite; you will be fascinated by their distinctive décor in light colours, clean lines and discreet decoration. Upstairs is the fourth, no less impressive bedroom with another en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. Three of the bedrooms have double beds (two 1.5 x 2 m, one 1.6 x 2 m) and one bedroom is furnished with two single beds (0.9 x 2 m). In each of the bathrooms, three of which have a shower and one of which has a bathtub, you will be greeted by an ultra-modern mosaic design. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating so that the temperature can be regulated to a comfortable level at any time of year.

Ariany is a pretty little town characterised by the seven windmills in the surrounding countryside. However, its central location in the eastern part of the island allows easy access to larger towns, especially thanks to the nearby road (approx. 150 metres) that connects Petra and Santa Margalida. The village of Petra, just 3 km away, with its golden-brown stone houses, is reminiscent of a sleepy town far away from the hustle and bustle. The weekly market (every Wednesday) and the small bars, cafés and restaurants in this modest little town are not to be missed. Finally, you must visit the church of Nuestra Señora d'Atocha in Ariany, which dates back to 1570 and is dedicated to the White Madonna.

The modern Villa Baix des Pujol is located in the centre of the island between the two rural towns of Petra and Ariany and offers magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and towards Ariany. It is an excellent base for travelling to the north, east or west coast as well as to Manacor, the bay of Alcúdia and numerous beaches such as San Baulo and Can Picafort.
