The Mastro apartment is located close to the central square of Santa Caterina. Services such as the beach, the seafront, the central square, the various clubs and beaches, restaurants, pubs and pizzerias can be reached within a radius of 50 metres. The location is excellent without giving up the beach, evening life and excursions. Santa Caterina has a small pier from which it is possible to organize various excursions. The pine forest and the park of Porto Selvaggio can be reached in a few minutes.The Mastro apartment is located on the first floor of a small building from the 70s/80s. On the first floor it consists of a landing, entrance into the living area with balcony overlooking the sea, dining room, hallway for the two bedrooms both with balconies overlooking the sea and pine forest, one of which is double with bunk bed and the other double, and bathroom complete with shower cubicle. On the second floor there is the panoramic terrace, covered, with a view of the sea and the square, equipped and of exclusive relevance, where it is possible to relax during the hours of the day.The Mastro apartment has two climates, one in the living area and the other in the hallway. The living area and bedrooms also have a ceiling fan. The living area has a furnished terrace balcony with sea view, and the bedrooms share the balcony with sea and pine forest views. It has an additional shower cubicle on the panoramic terrace level. The only wardrobe in the apartment is located in the double bedroom. The bathroom has a window in the light well of the building. The building consists of three apartments on the ground floor and three on the first floor, which only have the entrance landing and the stairs to the first floor apartments in common.
