Look forward to a vacation in our modern holiday apartment. You will stay in a newly built, well-equipped accommodation, rated with 5 stars by DTV. The apartment offers barrier-free access from the private parking space right at your doorstep, via the ground-level rain shower to your own terrace, making it ideal for families with babies, for children, but also for seniors or individuals with mobility impairments, and especially for dogs.

Enjoy the over 100sqm spacious living environment and relax with a Physiotherm infrared sauna. The modern underfloor heating cools on hot days and warms pleasantly on cold days. Electric venetian blinds and shutters, extra-wide doors, and bio-mineral plaster ensure comfortable and healthy living. On the large sun terrace, seating and a grill are available. An electric charging station is provided for electric cars.

You will sleep comfortably. The first bedroom features a very large 200 x 200 cm king-size box spring bed and offers a quiet, sound-optimized environment. The second bedroom is equipped with a large 180 x 200 cm bed, an additional shower, and an infrared sauna. The second bedroom can be accessed through the passage of the first bedroom or directly through the terrace.

Additionally, several baby beds are available upon request.

we offer our modern 100 sqm ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ holiday apartment at the Mosel. We are centrally located at Treis Market Square, with restaurants and an ice café right across the street, and just one street over lies the winemakers, vineyards, and the Mosel.

We call the amenities Premium Comfort. There is a talking original Physiotherm sauna for 2 people with infrared heat, a large, securely fenced sun terrace with a grill, a wallbox, a rain shower, a massage chair, books, and children's toys, among other things.
