This lovely property is home to two delightful holiday homes ( IRU490 & IRU531) located on a gentle hill in the heart of Lazio’s countryside (Rome 40 km). This charming Italian country house boasts a large living and dining area, decorated in a traditional Italian style. The large modern eat-in kitchen was updated but remains in keeping with the style of the house with beautiful Italian tiles and open fireplace. Outside there is a charming terrace part of which is covered that lends itself perfectly to ‘al fresco’ dining. In addition the property has a further three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villas are surrounded a large garden with a beautiful swimming pool, a large barbeque and a multi-purpose sports court (tennis, soccer, volleyball) that can be used on a complimentary basis during the day and small children's play area. The owners live in a third, completely independent house with its own entrance. The cottages are located near the ancient city of Sutri, an archaeological site of great interest, which is part of the ancient region of Tuscia. This property is also ideal for golf amateurs as it’s adjacent to one of the best courses of the region. The geographical position makes them ideal for a holiday that combines relaxation with the possibility to visit the immense historical and cultural treasures of the area. Location: 1,5 km golf course, 5 km Monterosi (all kinds of shops), 7 km Sutri, 10 km Capranica (railway station to Rome), 50 km Viterbo and Fiumicino Airport. The road S.S. Cassia is 4 km away and provides quick connection to Rome, Viterbo and Bracciano.

    “Zeer rustig gelegen op een prachtige domein, zoon vond het leuk om hagedissen en salamanders te spotten. Toegang naar het huisje langs een niet-verharde weg. De 3 huisjes bevinden zich op hetzelfde domein, maar de terrassen zijn voldoende van elkaar afgescheiden om een gevoel van privacy te behouden. Zwembad goed onderhouden, eigenaars maken hier zelf geen gebruik van. Keuken voldoende uitgerust, huisje bevat geen airco maar was ondanks de warmte in juli zeer aangenaam van temperatuur (luiken en ramen dichthouden overdag). In zomerperiode wel rekening houden met wat spinnen en kevertjes in het huisje.
    Belangrijk: er lopen verscheidene honden rond op het domein. Niet aan te raden voor mensen met allergieën of angst voor honden.
    Suppermarkt op 5 km 24/24 open, leuk aquapark in de buurt”
