Holiday apartment with large terrace and outdoor swimming pool

The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family home, was renovated in 2005 and is furnished in a modern and typical country style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet, sunny and secluded location the domicile is popular. For shared use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Kampor. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday KVA RAB 032 (7 persons) located in the same building. Approximately 500m from other houses; very suitable for children because there is no traffic. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 8 cars) is available on the property.

air conditioner. There is no heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.

Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 7 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of April to mid of September.
