    “Das Objekt befindet sich auf einem ziemlich vermüllten Grundstück, es stehen defekte Gartenmöbel, ausrangiertes Küchenmobiliar etc. herum und stellen für Kleinkinder eine Verletzungsgefahr dar. Die Klospülung rauschte permanent und die Angabe der Entfernung bis zum Strand stimmte ebenfalls nicht.
