Quiet and sunny country Villa with dependence on the hills between Pisa and Volterra. Surrounded by a big estate, it is possible to go through about 8km of dirt roads in the middle of woods and olive groves and find out many wild animals, but it is also very attractive the big lawn around the swimming pool and the garden in front of the two houses with beautiful panoramic view. 3 km down the hill there is the productive part of the farmhouse with Chianine breeding. Some suggestions for the excursions: the sea of Cecina with its beautiful beach only 25km, Volterra 25km, Pisa 20 km. In the nearby thermal village Casciana terme you will find excellent restaurants and supermarket. Extra cleaning during the week on request.
