This holiday house is located adjacent to the moorlands of the holiday park. It has a cosy living space of 100 square metres. The living room has a dining area and a comfortable seating area. The large windows in the living room offer a wonderful view of the lake. In the large garden there is a terrace with garden furniture, so you can dine outdoors. The design and the layout of the holiday homes in the park may vary. The house provides parking space for one car. Additional cars can be parked in the existing parking lots in the holiday park. Information for boaters: You can bring your own boat to the park. You can make use of the boat ramp and also rent a berth in the harbour at the reception. It is advantageous to book both the berth and the boat ramp together. Prices are available on request.

    “Die Fotos für dieses Ferienobjekt sind mit aller größter Vorsicht zu genießen. Die Außenansicht z.B. zeigt nicht ein einzelnes, sondern gleich 4 Häuser von 2 verschiedenen Typen, so dass man bei der Buchung eigentlich gar nicht weiß was einen erwartet. Die freie Sicht auf den See, wie auf dem Foto dargestellt, gibt es gar nicht und wird durch Hecken und einer Tauerweide versperrt. Das Badezimmer, das auf dem Foto noch recht modern rüberkommt und mit Badezimmermöbel ausgestattet ist, entpuppte sich als klassisch-altmodisch, ganz ohne Möbel.

    Eine weitere Enttäuschung bei der Ankunft betraf die fehlende Sauberkeit des Hauses: unsaubere Fußböden und Fenster, total verdreckte Mikrowelle, Spinnweben hier und da, Ameisen im Schlafzimmer! Da fragt man sich echt, wieso die Endreinigung nochmal mit 68€ zu Buche schlägt.Apropos Zusatzkosten: zu der obligatorischen Endreinigung kommen noch mindestens die obligatorische Bettwäsche, sowie das WLAN (ebenfalls obligatorisch) hinzu, so dass man bei der Ankunft nochmal ca. 150€ bezahlen muss (Kaution nicht inbegriffen).

    Unterm Strich bleibt ein passables Haus mit einem schlechten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

    “Sehr großzügig gebaut, schöne Aussicht, gut eingerichtet für Erwachsene, leider nicht für kleine Kinder. Einen Toaster haben wir vermisst und den Internetanschluss. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Also wer mit kleinen Kindern dorthin möchte muss sich ein Babybett und Hochstuhl mitbringen und eventuell auch eine Sperre für die Treppe. Ansonsten war es Top.”
