Holiday Apartment in Stollberg with Little Terrace

The apartment is on the outskirts of Stollberg in a quiet location. It is on the ground floor of a two-family house. The owner lives on the first floor and has its own entrance.

There is a parking space by the house. The apartment has a little terrace in the entrance area. There is a large garden by the house. The site is fenced and on a south-facing slope. During the summer months there is a pool (diameter 3.6m an 95cm deep) in the garden for shared use.

The cosy holiday apartment comprises a living room with a dining table, corner sofa, stove, cable TV and Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a shower and bath, a kitchen with a ceramic hob and oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a coffee machine. The hallway has a wardrobe. The bedroom is furnished with two beds and a pull-out double divan, as well as a wardrobe. The apartment is suitable for two adults with up to two children.

The apartment is ideal for hikers. It is 3 minutes to the forest. There is a little restaurant 100 metres away. The apartment and terrace are accessed via steps and so are not suitable for wheelchair users. For winter sports enthusiasts, the region has ski lifts and cross-country trails. There is a little ski slope about 100 metres from the house. It is about 200 metres to an adventure playground. There are many places of interest nearby and further afield, such as museums, visitor mines etc. It is 25 minutes by city rail to Chemnitz and about an hour by car to Dresden, Leipzig and Oberwiesental. There is a leisure pool in Thalheim 6km away and Geyer 12km away and thermal baths in Bad Schlema and Bad Wolkenstein.
