A dream holiday apartment with incomparable panoramic views over the Baltic Sea. From your private loggia, you can gaze out over the sea and the beach directly in front of you, listen to the waves and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. There is no better place to relax than in this dream location.

Schönhagen's sandy beach starts right on your doorstep, separated only by the beautiful promenade. The service office and a café are located on the ground floor, so you are right in the centre of the action.

The holiday apartment is on the first floor and can only be reached via a staircase outside the house. It has a covered balcony (loggia) facing the sea, where you can relax on sun loungers. There is also a barbecue at your disposal.

On the opposite side is the pergola, which provides access to the 6 apartments in the house. Due to the generous layout, the pergola can also be used as a loggia. A table and garden chairs are available here for you to enjoy the last rays of the warm evening sun.

At 110 m², the holiday apartment offers plenty of space for up to six people (two sleeping places on the pull-out sofa in the living area) and has its own small wellness oasis with a two-person whirlpool and sauna. In winter, the Scandinavian wood-burning stove creates a particularly cosy atmosphere - here you can enjoy the panoramic view of the stormy Baltic Sea alongside the crackling open fire.
WLAN with fibre optics is available in the holiday home.

    “Das Haus hätte alle Punkte erhalten, wenn der Fernseher (Mitte März noch brauchbar) etwas größer gewesen wäre und wenn die Betten nicht so weich gewesen wären. Ansonsten war die Wohnung ein Traum”

    “Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar schön. Sehr schöner Sonnenaufgang direkt vom Balkon. Ferienwohnung sehr geräumig offen und sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr hell. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Nur Kleinigkeiten wären mal zu erneuern ( Trinkgläser durch Spühlmaschiene abgenutzt) aber benutzbar. Leider ging unsere Mikrowelle nicht wird aber bestimmt erneuert. Saunabänke sind sehr bequem und Sauna hat eine sehr schöne Größe( in den meisten Ferienhäusern war die Ausstattung der Sauna schlechter) und wir waren schon in einigen. Ausstattung und Einrichtung sehr stimmig und durchdacht. Umgebung meist ruhig wenn nicht Hochbetrieb am Strand ist. Fenster aber gut schallisoliert. Bequemer Whirlpool für 2 Personen und auch ein gut zu beheizender Kaminofen runden das Bild ab. Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage hier und würden immer wieder hier Urlaub machen.”

    “Die Lage und die Ferienwohnung selbst waren super! So ein traumhafter Ausblick. Einfach genial. Was uns weniger gefallen hat war die Pflege des Gebäudekomplexes selbst. Die Fensterscheiben waren nicht geputzt, was man bei einem Endreinigungspreis von 65 Euro erwarten kann, finde ich. Der Gastronomiebetreiber unter den Ferienwohnungen ist noch nicht gefunden, deshalb steht die Immobilie leer und dadurch wirkt das Gebäude, zumindest unten, ein wenig unfertig und ungepflegt.”

    “Sehr gute Ausstattung (einzige Verbesserungsmöglichkeit: Prospekte/ Info-Material zur Region nicht in Wohnung vorhanden). Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert (auch mit Kindern) und sehr sauber.”
