The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.

The house is located near a provincial road with very little traffic The access goes directly from the main road (rubble or gravel, length 20 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 4 cars) in the carport and on the property.
