Agriturismo with its own wine cultivation on the Mincio River, just 8km from Lake Garda

The agriturismo is located in the moraine hills of Lake Garda, between the enchanting village of Borghetto di Valeggio sul Mincio and the village of Monzambano, in a lovely river landscape with a rich historical heritage. It is also a cultivation area for some valued Italian wines: Bianco di Custoza, Lugana and Bardolino, which are also all produced by the agricultural enterprise of the agriturismo. The farmhouse of the agriturismo is located in a quiet and rural district called Forneletti. It is also a more noble area, as it served as the residence for the Gozi counts. This can be seen on the coats of arms hewn into the stone within the town.

All the holiday apartments are fitted with air conditioning and heating that can be regulated individually. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the site. There is also a shared bathroom in the entrance area, with a washing machine that can be used free of charge.

The surrounding garden measures about 1500m² and is planted with a lawn, olive and fruits trees. Guests at the agriturismo share the extensive garden with a pergola and a barbecue corner with a gazebo and a table and chairs. You can also use the wellness area free of charge, with an organic and/or Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin and a relaxation area. Between March and October, you can also use the heated whirlpool and the sun terrace. Pets are allowed on the fenced site and covered parking spaces are available. Guests can also borrow bicycles on request, some with a child seat, free of charge.

The agriturismo is a good starting point for pleasant walks or cycle tours through the surrounding hills. There is a cycling and walking path along the Mincio River, which connects Peschiera del Garda with Valeggio sul Mincio, and continues to Mantua. Just a few kilometres away holiday-makers will find various shopping facilities and a wide range of attractions, first and foremost of course Lake Garda, the towns of Verona and Mantua, historical localities such as Custoza, Villafranca and Solferino, as well as a variety of leisure parks.

There is a cycling and walking path along the Mincio River, which connects Peschiera del Garda with Valeggio sul Mincio, and continues to Mantua.     “Ausstattung zufriedenstellend. Lage zufriedenstellend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut. Sauberkeit gut. Offensichtlich sind Hunde erlaubt, die ließen Ihre Exkremente auf dem Rasen mit Kinderspielplatz raus, was m. E. sehr nachteilig ist! In der Küche fehlt Steckdose an der Küchenzeile, z. B. für Wasserkocher. Sehr netter Vermieter.”

    “Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die Angaben zu Rollstuhlgängigkeit waren korrekt.
    Wunderschöner Garten mit Olivenbäumen, in dem wir viele Stunden verbracht haben.

    “In ruhiger Lage, etwas außerhalb der nächsten Ortschaft, liegen die Ferienwohnungen in einer schön gepflegten kleinen Anlage.
    Die barrierefrei Wohnung hält, was sie verspricht. Großzügige Räumlichkeiten, begehbare Dusche etc. Nur die Küchenzeile ist für Rollstulhfahrer nicht geeignet.
    Nach einer sehr netten Begrüßung haben wir eine gut ausgestattet, saubere und sympathisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung betreten.”

    “Die Wohnung an sich ist top in Schuss. Der Vermieter sieht taglich nach dem Rechten, für Rohlstuhlfahrer gibt es eine Rampe zur Eingangstür. Die Rampe ist jedoch nur durch ein Tor das abgeschlossen ist erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt weit ab vom Schuss. So das man alle weiteren Ausflüge mit dem Auto machen sollte.”
