This exceptionally well-designed holiday home is located on the edge of a pretty village in the heart of Istria. It is stylishly furnished and offers you every comfort. The interior design meets today's standards, while the special feature here is certainly the underfloor heating and cooling. Such a cooling system offers significantly better cooling of the rooms and thus prevents noise and draughts from the air conditioning systems. Access from the indoor and outdoor areas is via the spacious terrace, where parents can enjoy a wide view of everything going on around the pool. The pool area also includes an outdoor hot tub where guests can spend even more relaxing hours during the summer months. To complete the stay, the homeowners also provide guests with a plot of land below the holiday complex for shared use with the guests of holiday property CIL070. There is a children's playground and a sports and leisure centre. There is also a football pitch just 150 metres from the holiday home. This is certainly an advantage for a relatively large family or group of friends who would like to spend their holiday together. The house is in a quiet location on the edge of its own forest and is the last house on the outskirts of the village. The location is ideal for running, hiking or walking the dog. Attractions, art and culture in the surrounding area that are ideal for day trips are the Roman Colosseum in Pula, the truffle town of Motovun, the beautiful town of Rovinj or, certainly interesting for children, the Aqua Park in Pore.
