The headland on which the house stands stretches far out into the Baltic Sea. Only a few holiday homes were allowed to be built here in this fantastic panoramic location in the OstseeResort Olpenitz, including this semi-detached house in half-timbered style. The interior is modern and cosy: the living room with luxurious large kitchen, cosy wood-burning stove and high-quality sofa area was deliberately kept open so that the sun and light can flood the entire house.

So that you can really enjoy the unique panoramic view of the Schleimündung estuary, the Baltic Sea and the marina, the semi-detached house has a beautiful wooden terrace right on the water. On the upper floor, the balcony offers even more fascinating perspectives. The property is ideal for two couples, as each bedroom on the upper floor has its own bathroom.

*** Please note that OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction. Your holiday property is of course completed, but there may still be construction work in the surrounding area. Small children should be supervised outside due to the construction site situation. The rental price is already calculated on the basis of this construction situation; further discounts are excluded. ***

The Baltic Sea directly in front of the house is not officially authorised for swimming due to the current conditions. A small bay has been created approx. 300 metres from the house. Please also note that fishing in the harbour basin is not permitted.

    “Top Lage am Ende des Resort, direkt an der der Ostsee. Unverbaubarer Blick aufs Meer.
    Ausstattung und Aufteilung der Räume sehr gut. Für 4 Personen 2 Badezimmer auf der oberen Etage.
    Leider war die Sauberkeit ein Thema, Fenster nicht sauber, Schimmel in der Duschkabine, Toilettenbürsten nicht sauber, Spinnweben im Treppenhaus.
    Vorschläge zur Verbesserung:
    Ladestation für E-Autos, Led Beleuchtung überall im Haus. Abdichtung an Duschtüre der Duschkabine. TV verbessern (HD Sender).”

    “Die Lage des Haus ist top - sehr hell, wunderbar gelegen, viel Platz für die eigenen Sachen. Was aus unserer Sicht fehlt, sind einige Küchenutensilien sowie Kissen, etwa für die Couch.”

    “Das Haus liegt einmalig direkt am Wasser. Die Küchenausstattung war etwas dürftig. Zu kleine Töpfe und selbstverständliche Utensilien fehlten. Das Haus ist aber sehr schön, geräumig und sehr hochwertig möbliert.”

    “Haus war genau so wie es im Internet angeboten wurde, Sauber, gepflegt. sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet.
    Einziger Kritikpunkt, auf hohem Niveau, der Grill im Aussenbereich hätte gelehrt und gereinigt werden dürfen. Aber ich würde und tendenziell werde ich auch wieder dieses Haus mieten”
