Holiday apartment with an outdoor pool

The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family home built in 1987, was renovated in 2019 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower and barbecue facilities.

Šilo. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm plot. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Apartments KRK SIL 129, KRK SIL 131 and KRK SIL 128 (each for 3 persons), KRK SIL 130 (3 persons), KRK SIL 133 and KRK SIL 134 (each for 4 persons), Studio KRK SIL 135 (2 persons) and KRK SIL 428 (3 people) are in the same house. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

air conditioning. Facilities: baby cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and safe. TV reception takes place via satellite.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from early May to end of September, heatable, 3 m x 9 m, depth 1,5 m).

Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Eat-in kitchen (14 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa (only suitable for children), sitting area, TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the balcony (5 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 3 chairs, parasol).
