Holiday apartment with modern furnishing in a quiet area, near the city centre and not far from the sea
This apartment is on the first floor of a private residential house, located in a quiet suburb near the town centre of the small town Tortoli.
The flat was fully refurbished and equipped with new furniture in 2013. It benefits from a large open plan kitchen-living area, equipped with electric oven, gas cooker with four hobs, a micro wave, fridge, kitchen extractor hood, dish washer, a television set and air conditioning system. In addition to this, you will find an extending dining table with four chairs in the kitchen-living area, a sofa and the room also has access to a balcony. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a small wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers. A second bedroom boasts a wall of cupboards with integrated single bed and a single extending bed. The beds can be moved together to make a double bed or can be set up separately. This second bedroom is gives access to a spacious, equipped balcony. The bathroom includes a toilet, bidet, sink and mirror cabinet, shower unit and a washing machine.
The flat benefits from two balconies. The first balcony with mountainside view is accessible via the living-kitchen area, equipped with laundry lines and located above the parking spaces. The bedroom balcony is larger, equipped with a table, chairs and a seat, facing the street and house entrance. On the road behind the house there are two parking spaces for your usage.
The landlady lives on the ground floor and likes to personally come and meet her guests, offering help and advice as and when needed (she speaks only Italian).
The town centre is a five minute walk from the flat, offering all important service facilities such as banks, post office, pharmacy, medical care, newsagent’s, butcher shop, bakery, fishmonger’s, pubs and restaurants, pizza parlour, churches, supermarkets and various other shops. The town’s main beach is called Lido die Orri (awarded with the Blaue Flagge 2014 quality label) and is a five minutes’ drive from the property. If you like you can also take the local bus to the beach, the bus stop being only 50m from the holiday flat. It’s a 300m distance to the motorway approach road to Cagliari, Nuoro and Olbia. Trenino Verde’s main rail station is within a distance of approximately 500m. The Trenino train originates from the last century, fired by a coal engine and driving through the heart of Sardinia, offering a view of the island’s exceptional beauty, as already described by the English poet Lawrence.
