The front door, gazebo, barbecue, swing and the sandbox are to be shared with the other guests of the house. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the sea and the Velebit mountain. The minimum ceiling height is 160 cm in CDZ317. A small beach with deckchairs is available for exclusive use by guests in the apartments.
