The location of the house in the extended frazione (parish) of Colceno is a certain distance away from the bars and pizzerias of the town, and yet it is only a ten-minute walk to the frazione of San Vito, where there are two bars and two pizzerias.Holiday home with its own pool, surrounded by greenery, with a large garden and a wonderful view, but still close to shops and restaurants
You can relax and enjoy the sunshine and the view from the house’s own pool (5 x 10m and a depth ranging from about 0.8 – 2m). The filter system works automatically. Robotics will take care of the cleaning. However, the pool is not heated. The large site is fenced. A fine mesh has been mounted in the gate area for particularly small dogs. There are several doors in the fencing. The doors to the south lead into a chestnut wood with some forest paths – the key is in the house. The house also has a flat meadow for playing. It is located below the house, on the narrow side street with little traffic, and is separated from the house by a hedge and a wooden fence, (about the size of a tennis court), and it can be used e.g. for playing badminton. There is a small pond behind the house, from which a small trickle flows through the plot of land and into the stream that flows past the property. A driveway goes from the street to the house; it leads steeply up through the gate to the house. On the side, stairs lead up to an area between the house and the pool. 3-4 cars can be parked here without any problem. A spiral staircase leads to the terrace and the front door.
The spacious house amidst greenery will captivate you with its somewhat concealed, quiet location, and its fantastic view. A large sliding door leads into the living room. The spacious layout links the living and dining areas on different levels. Along with various seating options, the living room also has a fireplace and a TV. The kitchen is separate, and separated from the dining area by a swinging door and a hatch. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. There are three bedrooms in total, each with a double bed and its own bathroom (shower, WC and washbasin). One of these bedrooms is not available for use, so only two bedrooms and two bathrooms will be at your disposal. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two further people. A fold-out bed can be used in the larger of the two bedrooms. A small child’s travel bed is available. The rooms were painted in 2014 and a new built-in kitchen was installed in April 2015.
We’d like to advise you that dogs are not permitted in the kitchen and on the beds, sofas and similar items of furniture. Furthermore, parents should closely supervise their children. The pool cover has fall-through protection, but they can still fall down on the rear side. The pond in the garden can also be a danger for small children if they fall in. We assume no responsibility for this. The use of the tree house and the cable car is at your own risk – adults should always test them before children use them. It is a 15-minute walk to the centre of Pianello, where you will find a bakery and a shop for everyday items, as well as a butcher. Within a short space of time - albeit uphill - through the wood, you can also reach the centre of Cremia with a bar and another grocery shop.
Electricity costs of up to 50kwh/week are included in the rental price for the operation of the pool and the like. Beyond this, the costs will be calculated at kwh, as set out in the additional costs (the counter in the garage can be checked by the guests themselves).
