Enjoy your holiday in this gorgeous villa, built in 1987 with 158m2, which is located on a property of 600 m2 in Els Poblets.
The villa accommodates up to six people. Each one of the three bedrooms is equipped with an air conditioning unit with warm/cold settings and a ceiling fan. There are two bathrooms, an open spaced kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a/c unit with warm/cold settings, a ceiling fan and a dining room, also with a ceiling fan. All windows are fitted with mosquito screens. The covered patio, which is great for relaxing, also offers cover on a rainy day.
Outside, you will find the 8x4 meter pool and two outdoor showers, one with hot water. During the hot summer months, the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue near the patio, lends itself to outdoor cooking. A sauna is available for your use during the colder season.
The villa is centrally located in Els Poblets, only 800 meters from the sea and a few minutes on foot to the centre of Els Poblets and its shops, doctors, pharmacy, restaurants and more. The closest Lidl is about an eight minute drive. Els Poblets is located in the north of the Marina region and is part of Denia-Alicante, the closest city. It is close to the mountains and on the edge of the Mediterranean. Not only the location, but also the mild climate attracts visitors from all over Europe to this small town, which is about 8 kilometres from Denia.
Denia - Els Poblets is about an hour on the motorway AP 7 Salida 62, as well as the national road N-332, from the airports of Alicante and Valencia. Denia offers connections to the Balearic Islands of Ibiza and Mallorca by boat. The current ferry operators are Balearia and Iscomar. The railway line L9 of the FGH (Railroad Company) connects Denia and Alicante.
