This holiday home is situated in the small place Kucice in the Dalmatian hinterland, by the Cetina river canyon. The ground floor and first floor are connected by internal stairs. The apartment has two entrances. One entrance is from the first floor level where there are three bedrooms with a bathroom and an exit onto the balcony and large terrace. The second entrance is on the ground floor level, from the outside of the house; kitchen with living room and a bathroom can be found there. In this location you can enjoy nature and the view on the Cetina river canyon, which is located only 20 m away from the house. Adventurers and lovers of nature can take advantage of the wide offer of active rest including rafting, cycling and hiking. There is 20 m of pedestrian path leading to the house. By car you can quickly reach the town of Omis and the beautiful riviera of Makarska.

    “Zehn Minuten Autofahrt von Opatija entfernt. Man kann auch zu Fuß hinunter wandern, was ein wunderschöner Spaziergang ist und sehr empfehlenswert ist. Vom Haus gibt es einen wunderschönen Ausblick!!! atemberaubend!! das Haus ist an der Straße gelegen und oberhalb eines Minimarktes, was manchmal etwas laut werden kann ( in der Früh bei der Lieferung z.B.). Ein Restaurant ist auch in der Nähe und bei Feiern hört man die Musik bis zum Haus. Hausbesitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit kommt täglich um nach dem Rechten zu schauen, ist aber nicht aufdringlich.”

    “Sehr schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung und ganz lieben Vermietern. Der Pool ist ganz große Klasse. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt, nach Omis ca. 20 min. Sehr ruhig gelegen.”
