The swimming pool with hydromassage and panoramic terrace is also occasionally used by the owners, who live on the 1st floor. Private gated entrance. Underground escalators take you past ancient excavations to the lively historic centre with its museums and the central cathedral. The famous Umbria Jazz Festival takes place in Perugia in July. You can also visit Assisi (20 km) and the many art cities of Umbria such as Spello (30 km), Gubbio (40 km), Todi (50 km) and Lake Trasimeno with its beaches and small islands (25 km).
