Unique vacation home. A former mill with water all around. You catch salmon, rainbow trout and perch. In the pleasure house you can see a few old mill wheels. In the summer there are also 2 sleeping places there. It is possible to swim in the water around the house, but since this is a water reservoir, conditions can vary greatly depending on weather, season and other circumstances. For swimming in the sea there are sandy beaches in Ängelholm, Båstad and Tylösand. Nearby is Hallandsåsen with the possibility of skiing on Vallåsen and summer tobogganing on Kungsbygget. Trips to Malmö, Helsingborg and Copenhagen are easy from the house. In Ängelholm you can also experience many beautiful things, shop and eat well. You can also just enjoy the peace and quiet on the terrace and listen to the sound of the water or the birds singing. A special vacation home for a different kind of vacation.

    “Schöne Lage. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, allerdings fehlte der DVD-Player. Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut.     “Das Haus ist neu und sehr gepflegt. Es ist umgeben von einem großen Grundstück mit Blick auf die Ostsee, die aber vom Haus aus nicht zu Fuß erreichbar ist, was in unserem Fall aber kein Problem war. Die Eigentümer haben mit sehr herzlichen Worten alles Notwendige schriftlich erklärt. Es war im Gegensatz zu anderen Ferienhäusern, die wir in diesem Urlaub gemietet haben, Informationsmaterial über die Umgebung vorhanden. Unser Schwerpunkt lag auf Rad fahren, deshalb waren wir dankbar, Karten über die kleinen Nebenstraßen vorzufinden. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch die kleine Wanderung durch das nahe Naturschutzgebiet "Tosteberga ängar", ein Paradies für botanisch und ornithologisch Interessierte, das man vom Haus aus zu Fuß erreichen kann. Erschreckt hat uns bei der Anfahrt die hässliche Fabrik in Nymölla, von der man aber in Tosteberga überhaupt nichts gemerkt hat.

    Einziger Kritikpunkt, der aber eher an den Vermittler geht: Mit den Reiseunterlagen erhielten wir die Anfahrt-Beschreibung in schwedisch. Da das Haus etwas versteckt liegt, wäre eine Beschreibung in deutsch notwendig. Wir hatten das Glück, schwedisch sprechende Freunde zu haben, die uns den Text übersetzten.”
