Holiday house with a terrace, a garden and use of a bicycle, near the beach

Spend your holiday by the North Sea in the coastal town of Neßmersiel, in this four-star superior house. What this means for you is pure relaxation, fresh North Sea air, a pleasant residential atmosphere and an exclusive interior, near the embankment and a playground, with the beach a few minutes away.

There is an enclosed garden facing south and a roofed terrace with a garden table and chairs for six people, along with a garden lounger and a round charcoal grill.

The 120m² semi-detached house very close to the embankment offers a relaxing and leisurely stay. It is classified as four-star by the DTV and is for two to six people. It is non-smoking and pets are not allowed, so it is also suitable for allergy sufferers and was renovated in 2011. The living room has a big corner sofa and two armchairs, a flatscreen TV (DVD and Bluray player), a dining table with six chairs, a selection of books in an antique cupboard and granite flooring. The kitchen is equipped with a table and four chairs and a bench, a dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso maker, Bosch kitchen machine, mixer, table grill, microwave, toaster and steamer. The bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, an LCD TV (satellite TV), a wardrobe, a dresser and a full-length mirror. The bedroom on the second floor has two single beds, an LCD TV (satellite)m a wardrobe and a dresser, and the bedroom in the attic has a double bed, an LCD TV (satellite) and a wardrobe. All the bedrooms have laminate flooring. There is a guest WC on the ground floor. The bathroom with a shower and bath is on the upper floor. A child’s bed, a highchair, a changing mat, toys (separate play room), safety gates on the stairs (upper floor and attic) are provided, two bicycles, a washing machine, a dryer, a freezer, an iron, ironing board and a safe.

    “Schönes Haus. Die Lage ist ungünstig, da die Nachbarn alle dort einen festen Wohnsitz haben und teilweise morgens ab 7.30 Uhr Gartenarbeiten durchführen. Positiv: Die Ausstattung war super. Negativ: Für eine Endreinigung von 85€ war das Haus viel zu schmutzig. Spinnenweben und Staub fast überall. Die Stelle für die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unfreundlich.”

    “Das Haus ist unbedingt empfehlungswert!
    Es war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ausgezeichnet! Sechs Personen können dort wunderbar Urlaub machen.
    Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut!
    Der Ort Nessmersiel ist hübsch und ruhig, man ist schnell am Deich und an der See. Einziges Manko war: der einzige kleine Einkaufsmarkt am Ort hat im Winter wohl geschlossen, nur ein Bäcker hatte stundenweise geöffnet. Zum Einkaufen musste man in die ca. 15 km entfernt gelegenen Stadt Norden fahren.
    Aber das Städtchen ist auch einen Besuch wert!
    Wir (zwei kleine Kinder, drei Erwachsene) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und erholt!”
