This holiday villa is on the little Croatian sunny island of Drvenik Mali in the Adriatic Sea and offers ideal accommodation for a relaxed beach holiday in rural surroundings, with absolute privacy, far away from tourist noise. The ground-level holiday villa was built in 2010 and was completely refurbished recently in 2014, and equipped accordingly with all modern amenities. It consists of a light and airy living and dining room with a very modern, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a wide digital flatscreen TV with cable and satellite channels, and a round wooden dining table with four matching chairs. You can enjoy the view of the sea from here whilst dining together. Right next to it there is the open kitchen with the latest appliances, including a dishwasher, four-zone gas stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and even a coffee machine. The larger of the two bedrooms has a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, while the second has two single beds measuring 90 x 200cm. Both bedrooms also have bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into an additional double bed measuring 140 x 200cm. The lightly tiled bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with a mirrored wall cupboard, a hairdryer, a toilet and a washing machine. A cot is available. Reliable wireless Internet access is provided free of charge. Big glass doors in the living room open directly onto your private sun terrace with a table and plenty of chairs, a parasol and sun loungers, offering an extensive panoramic view over the lush green garden with olive trees, as far as the sea. The traditional stone grill here invites you to spend long evenings under a starry sky. Plenty of firewood is provided. As the narrow path to the house is not suitable for cars, the nearest free parking space is about 200 metres away. Your holiday villa is only about 150 metres from the sandy beach with crystal clear water and boat hire. The nearest cafés and restaurant are only about 200 metres away.
