Villa in panoramic position in southern Tuscia, only 60 km from Rome. Enchanting holiday villa in a panoramic position on the green hills covered with hazelnut trees, grapes and olive groves, situated on a plateau 292 m above sea level near the WWF Oasis of Corchiano. VILLA IRIS is in southern Tuscia only 60 km from Rome, which can be easily reached in less than an hour thanks to the excellent train services that connect this area with the capital.

Corchiano Etruscan territory. VILLA IRIS is on the outskirts of Corchiano, that can be reached also on foot with an easy walk, so it is not necessary to have a car. In the area, which is at the feet of the Cimini mountains, several Etruscan tombs have been found. Important archaeological finds can be admired in the museum of Villa Giulia in Rome and in the museum of Forte Sangallo in Civita Castellana.

    “Grande villa confortable, très bien équipée pour 14 personnes. Piscine et parc très bien entretenus. Equipements et matériels de détente à la piscine et au jardin ,nombreux et fonctionnels. Annexes du gite :barbecue et cuisine secondaire, très appréciés.
    Quelques faiblesses néanmoins sur les équipements intérieurs de la cuisine par manque d'entretien et de renouvellement : porte du lave vaisselle abimée, lave vaisselle difficile à mettre en route, cafetière entartrée, petit grille pain très insuffisant pour 14 personnes (!).
    Suggestion , prévoir un kit de cuisine d'accueil : dosettes pour lave vaisselle , éponge pour l'évier , quelques condiments de base pour la cuisine(huile, sel, poivre…)

    Toutes les observations citées sont énoncées dans un esprit positif d'amélioration de l'accueil car nous avons été très satisfaits de ce logement et de notre séjour.”
