    “Kavran is a very quiet area, there isn’t any nightlife or shops within walking distance, but a short car ride will take you into pula, for shopping, and tourist attractions. Some of the small towns and villages around have a lot to offer in the way of beautiful restaurants. I would recommend a meal at the nearby Da Rocco restaurant! I am led to believe that there will soon be a restaurant in Kavran. There was a small “pop up” selling pizza and breads etc, but this opened on the last day or so of our holiday. We felt very safe in Kavran, and can’t wait to return!”

    “Kavran selbst ist sehr klein, es gibt einen Bäcker vor der Kirche, wo man bis Mittag einkaufen kann (sehr gutes Brot und auch Süßes). Abgesehen davon haben wir wir Ausflüge nach Pula (ca. 25min) bzw. Rovinj (ca. 1 Stunde) gemacht.

    “Kavran ist ein kleines abgelegenes Dorf in der Nähe von Pula. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen muß man aber fahren. Es gibt keinerlei Möglichkeiten. Aber bis Pula sind es nur ca. 20 km. Die Straßen sind sehr kurvenreich, eben typisch für Kroatien, aber in gutem Zustand. zum erholen war es in Ordnung. Und ein Haus für bis zu 10 Personen findet man nicht mitten in einer so großen Stadt wie Pula. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Vermieter ist ein sehr guter und hilfsbereiter Mensch.”
